A meeting room project designed for 18 participants.

Video capture is provided by four PTZ (pan–tilt–zoom) cameras.

Ceiling microphone arrays are used not only for audio capture but also to steer the cameras, automatically tracking the active speaker.

Each delegate is equipped with a gooseneck microphone featuring an individual mute button.

The chairman’s microphone includes a mute all function.

The primary display system consists of a professional 4K display (3840 × 2160).

Two 65” side displays are used as auxiliary screens.

For personal use, the project includes a motorized 21.5” retractable monitor at the chairman’s position.

For audio and video playback, the system includes a presentation / video conferencing PC and the chairman’s iMac, with support for Zoom, Google Meet, and other video conferencing platforms.

A BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) system has been implemented. Wireless adapters based on Crestron AirMedia with a USB interface are provided for connecting external devices such as laptops.

Table-mounted connection boxes with HDMI retractors are installed for wired source connectivity.

An automation control system for lighting and shading was also designed using Crestron equipment.

BlackNova Alba series keypads were selected as control interfaces. These keypads can be manufactured for integration with Crestron, KNX , and other control protocols.
