The main control protocol is KNX. Italian-made Ekinex panel and field devices were used.

Decorative lighting, accent lighting, and underfloor heating are controlled via relay modules.

Part of the technical lighting is controlled via DALI, integrated into KNX using a gateway.

The air handling unit is controlled via the RS-485 protocol, also integrated into KNX through a gateway.

The project includes a structured cabling system (SCS) design with Wi-Fi coverage calculation and multimedia systems within a single zone.

In addition, a separate power supply design and load calculations were completed.

The project documentation includes floor plans, control and multimedia block diagrams, wiring diagrams, a single-line electrical diagram, panelboard and 19” rack layout drawings, a Wi-Fi coverage heatmap, a cable schedule, and a bill of materials.
